Shipping Methods & Carriers We ship from our distribution center within the United States using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 2 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Time Estimates (after processing)
- Standard Ground: 3–7 business days
- Expedited: 1–3 business days (additional fees apply)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $100 (continental US only; exclusions may apply)
Shipping Costs
- Calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
- We do not charge handling fees.
Order Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
Lost or Delayed Shipments If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at support@innovative-haven.com with your order number and tracking details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Address Changes We cannot change shipping addresses after an order is processed. Please double-check your address at checkout.
